Director Prospect Research and Portfolio Management

Job summary.

A company is looking for a Director, Prospect Research and Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead prospect research strategy, conduct in-depth research on prospective donors, and track news alerts
• Design and implement prospect and portfolio management program, optimize strategies, and lead prospect review meetings
• Formulate data analytics tools, manage Salesforce reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of prospect research and/or portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of fundraising process and donor cycles
• Strong track-record of developing proactive prospecting methodologies
• Experience working with a relational database, preferably Salesforce
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and embracing transparency in daily work life
